The Value of PHCC Membership

The PHCC supports the broader mechanical contracting community and offers real value to both contractors and distributors.

“With about 80% of PHCC made up of contractors and 20% associate members like us,” Danny explains, “it’s all about educating contractors, keeping them up to date on codes, certifications, and industry changes.”

By participating in PHCC, contractors stay up-to-date with code changes, certifications, labor regulations, and more. Membership also acts as a stamp of credibility. Members receive PHCC stickers for their vans, serving as a visible sign of trust, professionalism, and ongoing education to their customers. The more contractors involved, the broader PHCC’s reach becomes, and with it, the value for everyone in the network.

Training, Regulations & Workforce Development

PHCC Middle Tennessee became active starting last year, and it’s quickly grown into a hub for professional development. Regular meetings and events allow contractors to share perspectives, stay current with regulatory updates, and explore training opportunities that are relevant to all levels, from technicians to service managers.
