Rheem’s Distributor Service Coordinator Award of 2025 – Steven Phillips
We’re proud to celebrate Stephen Phillips, Tech Support, for being named Rheem’s 2025 Distributor Service Coordinator of the Year for Region 8, which covers several southern states including Tennessee, Kentucky, and Mississippi. This prestigious award recognizes Stephen’s dedication to technical excellence, training, and customer support throughout the region.
Stephen plays a key role at Ed’s Supply, handling diagnostics, troubleshooting, startup assistance, fieldwork, application support, and warranty help. Over the past year, he trained more than 500 people, completing the most trainings in the region and helping contractors strengthen their skills and maintain efficient HVAC systems. His expertise as an airflow specialist, from sizing and installation to ductwork and measuring airflow, has made him an invaluable resource for both our team and our customers.
