The conference was kicked off with an opening address by Captain Scott O’Grady. O’Grady captivated the audience by telling of his experience of being shot down behind enemy lines during a NATO support mission over Bosnia in 1995. During the day, Pro Partners participated in sessions built around business growth and innovation.

Rheem also featured an expo filled with leading HVAC vendors, dealer support tools, and interactive competitions. To close the conference, keynote speaker Joe Gibbs gave an inspiring address lined with comical stories from his time spent with the Washington Redskins and NASCAR.
